As we close out 2025, the team at Vertimax is proud to reflect on a landmark year of growth, innovation and project delivery. Growing our footprint in Sydney

We’re thrilled to have launched a dedicated office and team in Sydney this year, bringing our expertise closer to key clients across New South Wales.

This move allows us to deliver local support for new Building Maintenance Unit installations, upgrades, maintenance services and automated car parking systems. Expanding into Sydney means we’re better positioned to respond rapidly, engage with clients on-site, and deliver the premium service standards we’re known for.

Exclusive partnership with Nu-Space for Australia & New Zealand

In June 2025, we signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Nu‑Space (Nussbaum) for Australia and New Zealand.

Through this partnership we now supply the full range of German-engineered car parking and car stacker systems, and we store key spare parts locally to ensure rapid response and long-term reliability.

This is a major step in broadening our offering from facade access and BMUs into the high-density parking and automated systems market and reflects our commitment to staying at the forefront of built-environment solutions.

Delivering landmark projects

Our 2025 project portfolio showcases a series of technically challenging, high-profile projects that tested our capabilities and delivered outstanding outcomes. A few highlights:

• The moving roof upgrade at John Cain Arena in Melbourne: executed ahead of deadline, the project involved rewiring, platform installation and slide-bearing replacement under tight constraints.
• The BMU replacement project at 80 Collins Street in Melbourne: a compelling example of innovative facade access engineering.
• New BMU installations at Rialto Towers in Melbourne: further proof of our installation depth and commitment to precision.
• The BMU upgrade at 452 Flinders Street: consolidating our reputation in delivering value-added, performance-oriented facade access solutions.
• The BMU installation at 360 Queen Street: highlighting the scale and complexity our team can handle.
• Car-stacker system restoration at Pier St Altona and repairs at Hawthorn: underscoring our service capability in the car-parking systems domain.
• BMU replacement at 305 William Street: featuring smart innovation in access mechanics and servicing.
