Glenn founded and grew his first business between 1999 to 2012, commencing at the age of 30. Prior to this he also spent 13 years working within the Lift & BMU Industry beginning as an Apprentice Electrician with Johns Perry Lifts in 1986 and finishing his final years with Otis Elevators and Otis Building Technologies (OBT) in 1999.
Glenn’s vision and leadership has seen his first and current businesses evolve from a single service business in the BMU industry to a medium sized company offering a range of facility management solutions. Glenn has established VERTIMAX Australia with a new sense of purpose, vision and vigour and to reflect the three industries we work in VERTI Access | VERTI Projects | VERTI Services.
Glenn has worked on rooftops within Melbourne CBD from the age of 16. In that time, he has developed a unique set of problem solving and business management skills that further compliments his core trade background as an Electrician. Glenn has many year’s experience in the Lift, BMU, Height Safety and façade services industries and is sourced for his expertise initially in Melbourne and now nationally.
Glenn is a Special Class Electrician, a Registered Electrical Contractor and a Registered Building Practitioner, has a Diploma in Business Management, and holds his Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Worksafe licenses him to complete high-risk works in Boom Operated Platforms, Fork Lift Driving, Confined Space, Dogman and C6 Crane Operation. With further qualifications in Rope Access operation, Waterproofing licence and Height Safety installations.
Donna is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and her passion is business excellence. Donna provides steady leadership and fosters teamwork to facilitate business growth and continually providing a high level of customer service.
Donna’s role with VERTIMAX Australia is paramount to the ongoing success and growth of the company. Donna’s key roles include sales and business development, finance, legal and risk management.
Prior to working in the facilities service industry, Donna obtained her accounting qualification and enjoyed a successful career with the Chartered Accounting firm Pitcher Partners. In 2003 she began working full-time and together with Glenn, successfully growing their businesses. Vertimax now operates nationally with between 40 and 50 directly employed staff. Donna has 16 years’ experience in the facility services industry.
Further to her CPA standing, Donna has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) is a trained Quality Auditor in both safety, quality and risk management systems. She holds her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and a Certificate IV in Property Services amongst other industry licenses.

We have truly created a one-stop shop for commercial and high-rise building maintenance and rectification works initially in 1999 and continues here at Vertimax.
